OAR copies Outlook items and attachments from your PST file folder to your local hard drive. The original item is not changed! You select which Outlook Folder(s) you want to archive (save) and the location where you want your files saved on your hard drive. Then, the selected folder(s) are created on your hard drive, with most itemsl saved as .rtf files and with attachments saved in their original format inside their respective folders.
